Our pricing is simple and straightforward, either a flat-rate or hourly rate for services. All on-site diagnostics and labour is billed at our hourly rate. Our on-site pricing for most services and consulting is detailed below, however, if your technician finds the service will take over 2 hours to complete – excluding networking and printers – you'll be offered to have the service done off-site where a flat-rate service would be more economical.
All services done at our location – whether pickup or customer drop-off – are always a flat-rate and not charged based on hours spent. Note, due to the nature of technology, we do not give in-shop prices over the phone.
Residential | Small Business: $60/hour
Senior & Student: $50.00/hour
• Our on-site hourly rate for all services.
• 1 hour minimum, 30 minute increments thereafter.
• Trip charge applies if outside our service area.
Residential | Small Business: $30 /½ hour
Senior & Student: $25.00 /½ hour
• Our remote support rate billed in 30 minute increments.
• Ideal for quick fixes that are software related.
• Minimum ½ hour charge. 30 minute increments thereafter.

• Quoted after diagnostics are performed and before service is started.
• This service is pick up/drop off only if on-site work cannot be completed in a timely manner.
Residential | Small Business | Senior | Student: $40 Fixed price
• Diagnostic charge for all computer-related issues.
• This is required to diagnose and assess issues with the computer prior to a quote being generated.
