Our Service Rates

We keep our pricing simple and straightforward, either a flat-rate or hourly rate for services. All on-site diagnostics and labour is billed at our hourly rate. If the technician deems that the job will take more than 2 hours, you may be offered to have the service done in shop where a flat-rate fee would be more economical. Services done at our location are always flat-rate.

Additional Information

  • Pick up service is free of charge within service area
  • There is no call out fee for on-site service within service area
  • All on-site/remote support services have a mandatory one hour labour fee. 
  • Our No-Fix-no-Fee policy applies to services that cannot be resolved or that we don't support.
  • Online appointment booking requires a credit card on file to secure a time slot. Nothing will be billed unless it falls outside our cancellation policy

Payment Methods

All major credit cards, checks and cash are accepted. We also offer digital invoicing and emailed invoicing. All services will receive a receipt with total amount paid and services performed.
